Cancellation is Strict - Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Number of Guests - 4 maximum

Parking - 1 carparking spot per property only. Each spot is numbered for each unit. There is free carparking at the Marina about 100m away from the property if needed.

Any damage will be repaired and charged directly to guests

Noise - Please be considerate of neighbours and limit noise. Quiet times 10pm - 6am

Pets - No pets are allowed. Strata laws prevent it in this unit block
